• Screenshots: Images you upload to the Service for analysis
• Beta signup information: Email address if you sign up for our beta program
• Payment information: Billing details processed through Stripe (we do not store full credit card numbers)

1.2 Information Generated by the Service:

• AI analysis results: Extracted text, detected URLs, author information, platform metadata, and content summaries generated by analyzing your screenshots
• Session data: Time-based groupings of your screenshots
• Chat history: Conversations you have with the AI assistant about your screenshots

1.3 Automatically Collected Information:

• Usage data: Information about how you interact with the Service, including upload counts and feature usage
• Device information: Device type and operating system (collected by Expo for app functionality)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Analyze your screenshots using AI to extract text, URLs, and metadata
• Organize your screenshots into browsable sessions
• Enable search across your captured content
• Provide AI-powered chat and summary features
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send magic link authentication emails
• Screen content for inappropriate material using automated moderation
• Enforce our Terms of Service and protect against misuse
• Communicate with you about the Service (e.g., beta invitations)

3. AI Processing

Your screenshots are processed by third-party AI services (including OpenAI) to extract text, detect URLs, identify platforms, and generate summaries. Screenshots are sent to these services for analysis but are not used to train their AI models. AI-generated results are stored in our database and associated with your account.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: We share data with third-party providers who assist us in operating the Service, including OpenAI (AI analysis), Stripe (payment processing), and Resend (email delivery)
• Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental request
• Protection of rights: We may disclose information to protect our rights, safety, or property, or that of our users or the public
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in PostgreSQL databases hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures, including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• JWT-based authentication with token expiration
• Image validation and sanitization before processing
• Rate limiting to prevent abuse
• Per-user storage quotas

While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Screenshots and analysis results are stored until you delete them or your account. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal obligations.

11. International Users

If you are accessing the Service from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
