Welcome to Olif ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Olif mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Olif is a mobile application that detects and captures screenshots from your device, analyzes them using artificial intelligence to extract text, URLs, and metadata, and organizes them into browsable sessions. The Service includes AI-powered analysis, search, chat features, and subscription-based access tiers.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
You may use the Service as a guest or create an account via email magic link or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4.1 Ownership. You retain all ownership rights to the screenshots and content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). We do not claim ownership of your User Content.
4.2 License Grant. By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, analyze, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. This license terminates when you delete your User Content or your account.
4.3 No Liability for User Content. You are solely responsible for the User Content you upload. We do not endorse, verify, or assume any liability for User Content. We are not responsible for any claims, damages, or losses arising from User Content uploaded by you or any other user.
4.4 Content Screening. We use automated content moderation to screen uploads for inappropriate material. However, we do not guarantee that all inappropriate content will be detected. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review, refuse, or remove any User Content at our sole discretion, without notice.

6.1 Our Intellectual Property. The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Olif and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
6.2 Copyright Complaints. We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that User Content on our Service infringes your copyright, please send a notice to legal@olif.app with:
6.3 Repeat Infringers. We will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.
The Service uses artificial intelligence (including OpenAI's technology) to analyze screenshots you upload. AI analysis may include text extraction, URL detection, platform identification, content summarization, and link discovery. AI outputs are provided on an "as-is" basis, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content. You should independently verify any information provided by the AI features.
8.1 Free Tier. The free tier provides a limited number of lifetime AI-analyzed screenshots.
8.2 Paid Subscriptions. Paid tiers (Starter, Growth, Pro) are billed monthly through Stripe. Each tier includes a monthly limit on AI-analyzed screenshots. Monthly limits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle.
8.3 Auto-Renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal.
8.4 Refunds. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
8.5 Price Changes. We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL OLIF, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, providing additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class action lawsuits, class-wide arbitrations, and representative actions are not permitted.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
